Bishop Orlando Findlayter is the Regional Bishop of the United Covenant Churches of Christ and a General Board Member. Bishop Larry D. Trotter has served as senior pastor of Chicago’s historic Sweet Holy Spirit Church for over 44 years. Under his leadership, the ministry has grown tremendously from twenty-two members since 1981. Starting with humble beginnings, Bishop has always been a survivor. Raised by a single mother (Dorothy Ernestine Trotter) in the housing projects, he excelled in preaching and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout forty-two of the United States of America, twenty-eight different countries, and six continents, which includes presenting the African American Church at the Oxford, England religious council round table.
Bishop Trotter was licensed and ordained by both Baptist and Pentecostal denominations, and he gained an audience that appreciated his unique blend. He served as one of the founding fathers of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship and for years as the Presidency of the United Covenant Churches of Christ.
Bishop Trotter has countless degrees from his pursuit of higher learning and has walked and lived among the greatest. He holds three honorary Doctor of Divinity degrees and one doctorate in ministry, having matriculated at four religious institutions.
Bishop San Juan C. Timmons is the Chairman of the House of Bishops for the United Covenant Churches of Christ. He is a native of the Piedmont Triad Area of North Carolina. He is the founder and Senior Pastor of True Salvation Christian Fellowship in Greensboro, NC (2004). This man of faith has served as a pastor to pastors since 2013. His passion and purpose in life coincide with his church mission to save souls, serve God, and grow people.
Along with leading True Salvation, Bishop Timmons has been a Paramedic and a higher education administrator for nearly 30 years. He obtained accredited undergraduate degrees in Emergency Medical Science, Leadership in the Public Sector, and Church Ministry. He also holds a Master of Science Degree in Management and Leadership.
Bishop Timmons is married to Christina Timmons, a Registered Nurse. They have four daughters and a grandson. His focus in life is to fulfill his purpose by caring for his family and encouraging others to reach their greatest potential. To help in this effort, he has recently published a book entitled The Guiding Principles of Leadership.
Overseer Howell Levi McClendon, III is the Chairman of the Board of Overseers for the United Covenant Churches of Christ. He is eldest of four siblings, all ministering in the Kingdom of God. He is married to Lady Mya McClendon, and the father of 5 children. Educationally, Overseer McClendon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religion from Millikin University, and is completing his M.A. & Ph.D. in the area of Biblical Theology from Trinity College & Seminary.
Overseer McClendon is the Senior Pastor of Mt. Zion All Nations Church, in DeWitt. MI. (since 1994). He has been a Senior Pastor for 40 years. He previously served as Senior Pastor of the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Decatur, IL. He brings an extensive and impressive array of accomplishments in the field of ministry. He is both humbled and honored that God has chosen and anointed him to not only serve but to be a voice for such a time as this.
Bishop J.E. Graham is the esteemed Chairman of the Board of Pastors at the United Covenant Churches of Christ. His spiritual journey commenced at the tender age of 16 when he embraced the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ and was filled with the Holy Ghost. Inspired by his faith, he answered the divine call to preach the gospel at 30, leading to establishing the New Covenant Christian Center when he was 33. In a significant moment in 2016, Bishop Graham was consecrated by Chief Consecrator Bishop George W. Brooks of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Greensboro, alongside Co-consecrator Bishop Vera M. Davis of Nazareth Apostolic Church in Hartsville, South Carolina.
Bishop Graham’s academic journey includes studies at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, culminating in the attainment of a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Justice and policy from Guilford College in 2011. He has also actively served as an adjunct chaplain at Moses Cone Health Systems and played a pivotal role as a board member of “The Elijah Project” under the guidance of Bishop and Lady George W. Brooks.
With his devoted wife, Co-Pastor Anita C. Graham, Bishop Graham has three daughters: Joslyn, Chelsea, and Sara. Their family is a testament to their unwavering commitment to faith, service, and community.
Bishop Leon J. Wilson is the Chairman of the Episcopal Committee and Delaware State Bishop for the United Covenant Churches of Christ. He is the founder of the Rehoboth Temple of Praise and ReTemp Development Center, both based in Delaware. Bishop Wilson is a Certified Conflict Mediator and Certified Prevention Professional. Bishop Wilson received the “Citizen of the Year Award 2007” from the FBI for his outstanding dedication and personal commitment in serving both the faith-based community and surrounding community areas within the Maryland and Delaware Region, in providing such services as mentoring, family counseling, linkages to community service providers, drug and addiction prevention and intervention programs and community outreach. Bishop Wilson received the NAACP 2014 “Community Activist” award for Wicomico County Maryland. Bishop Wilson formerly served as Bishop of Community and International Affairs for the United Covenant Churches of Christ.
Overseer Dan Johnson is the National Business Director and Chairman Of The Board Of Overseers for the United Covenant Churches Of Christ. He is a successful entrepreneur and dedicates his life to giving back while supporting others paralyzed by past trauma and failures. His approach focuses on reshaping identity, restoring hope, and redefining practical principles and strategies to help you transform and become everything you desire. Pastor McLean is the National Financial Secretary for the United Covenant Churches of Christ. He is the Senior Pastor of the Benaja Mt. Zion Holiness Church of God, Inc. located in Reidsville, NC. Pastor McLean has a Bachelor of Theology degree from Summit Bible College. He has both a Master’s degree and Doctoral degree in Pastoral Leadership from Andersonville Theological Seminary. Pastor McLean entered into ministry in 1999 and was ordained in 2005. Along with previously serving an associate minister, Pastor McLean has also served as Deacon and head of the Foreign Missions Ministry, having preached in Jamaica, serves as a member of the Elder’s Council, former Sunday School teacher, former Convocation Coordinator and Food Pantry leader.
Dr. Willie K. Carley is the Director of International Affairs for the United Covenant Churches of Christ. Dr. Carley is the Pastor for the Tabernacle of Faith Christian Fellowship Church located in Newburgh New York. He is a native of Oakland California. He retired from the U.S. Army in 2004 after 20 years of service. He is also the founder of a non-profit agency, A Little Bit of Help Inc. designed to serve his community.
He received his Baccalaureate Degree from St. Martins University, his Master’s Degree from Jacksonville State University. He earned his Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Safety with a specialization in Emergency Management from Capella University. He is the Senior Emergency Manager for the Department of Veteran Affairs overseeing New York and New Jersey.
Dr. Carley is known for his practical and dynamic teaching style which helps people apply the timeless truths of Scripture to their everyday lives. Dr. Carley and his wife, TroyLynn, have been married since 1992. They are the proud parents of three sons Darrius, Willie M., and Christian Carley and their adopted nephew Jordan Johnson.
Overseer Dana Ray-Dotson is a pastor, physician, and certified executive coach. She is the Director of Education for the United Covenant Churches of Christ and the Campus Pastor of Life Changers Church in Decatur, IL, where she has served since 1999. In her role with the United Covenant Churches of Christ, she developed the Bible Institute, supports academic excellence through partnerships, and oversees various educational initiatives.
Dr. Ray-Dotson is board-certified in family and addiction medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Illinois State University and her Medical Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. With over 18 years of experience at a Federally Qualified Health Center, she is now the Medical Director for addiction services. Additionally, she serves as a physician executive coach for Indiana University’s Physician MBA program and owns Proven Medical and Executive Coaching. Her most cherished achievements are her family: her husband, Donald Dotson, and their children.
Overseer Murray is the Director of Men for the United Covenant Churches of Christ. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the Mount Zion Tabernacle Christian Church, located in Orlando, Florida, where dedication to spiritual growth and self-sufficiency of others is available to members and guests of the community. Overseer Stanley Murray is currently the Chief of Police of the oldest African-American town in America – Eatonville, Florida. Overseer Murray is a retired twenty-eight-year law enforcement veteran of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, in Orlando Florida, as well as a twenty-two-year military police supervisor of the US Navy. Overseer Murray holds his degree of studies in the Arts of Criminal Justice and he holds a Doctoral Degree in Humane Letters. He is married to Tameka Murray, and together they have three children.
Pastor Marcia Livingston is the First Lady of Life Changers Church in Decatur, Illinois and the United Covenant Churches of Christ. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration. She has been trained in jail and prison outreach, street evangelism, youth outreach, and in hospital and nursing home outreach. Pastor Livingston is the Business Manager of Robertson Charter School, with 300 students and nearly 50 employees. In this role, she oversees transportation, facilities, human resources and the business office. She is a Certified Grant Writer and has served with the American Business Women’s Association. She is a prolific speaker and she mentors women and girls in personal development. Marcia Livingston is the Executive Director of Life Changers Community Development Corporation and Life Changers Credit Counseling Service. The credit counseling service provides free or low cost financial, housing and credit counseling to residents of Decatur. She was the former President of the Decatur Boys and Girls Club.
Overseer Caleb R. Edge is the Senior Pastor of The Restoration Church, which is currently one church in two locations: Americus, GA (Headquarters) and Cordele, GA. Overseer Edge serves as the Interim Youth President of The United Covenant Churches of Christ, where Bishop Glenn E. Livingston is the Presiding Prelate. Overseer Edge has passion for ministry, commitment to the Word of God, and a zeal for Christ. This helps him to walk as a modern-day Jeremiah, operating under the anointing and power while committing his life as a servant to the Most High God.
Pastor Quentin D. Forrest is the National Director Of Marriage and Family for the United Covenant Churches of Christ. Pastor Forrest is the founder and Senior Pastor of the Anointed Word and Praise Ministries in Chicago, Illinois. Pastor Forrest is active in his community, meeting the spiritual and physical needs of the residents. He is a Chaplain with the Chicago Chaplain Division. Pastor Forrest is known for his highly impactful and energetic preaching style. He is full of wisdom and grace for his assignment. Pastor Forrest has been happily married for 34 years to his amazing and ambitious wife, Anginetta Forrest. Together they successfully raised three amazing men and have poured into countless others.
Dr. Reginald G. King is the Adjutant General of the United Covenant Churches of Christ. He is an Elder and member of City of Hope -The Energy Centre, Bishop Joseph A. McCargo. He is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing and Advertising at the New York City College of Technology, LIM College, and Prince George Community College. Dr. King published his first book, entitled Anointing of the Second Man; a practical hands-on manual for the Adjutant/Armor Bearer. He has also written several short works to assist those serving in the Helps Ministry, which includes “Reviving the Spirit of the Usher; A Manual for Ushers”. He has also served as an instructor for the Berean Bible Institute and Bethel Bible Institute.
He has the vision to impart the teaching of the anointed second to Adjutants/Armor Bearers and all those that serve their leaders faithfully. He believes that the Adjutant/Armor Bearer is the true spiritual secret service person that stands by their leader and declares to the enemy, “Not on my watch!” He is married to Colette E. King, and together they have two children; Regina and Renee. Dr. King’s passion is to serve and teach others the value of servitude.
Bishop Rory Marshall is the Director of the Center for Theological Studies for the United Covenant Churches of Christ. He is the Senior Pastor of the Nehemiah Urban Church Ministries Church Since 1997. He came from Grand Rapids, Michigan after having served 18 years as the Pastor of the Nehemiah Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is the graduate of Calvin University, Western Theological Seminary. He has also attended Chicago State University, Quincy University, as well as Calvin Theological Seminary.
Bishop Rory Marshall, has mentored over one hundred and twenty-five successful young men and has ordained many for the Gospel of Christ. He has taught school for over twenty-seven years and currently teaches PhD science. Bishop Rory Marshall previously served as the National Director of Men.
